- The primary responsibility is to deliver the sales target for his/her designated area.
- Working with the various Product Engineers(PEs) and Sales Engineers to manage the delivery of the country sales target
- The Senior Sales Engineer is responsible for setting the country marketing strategy (both online and offline) and for managing the execution of that strategic plan
- Presents area sales statistics to senior management
- Area level responsibility of sales in the region.
- 5+ years experience as a salesperson
- 2+ years managing a sales team
- History of delivering sales targets through leadership of a sales team
- Experience in selling complex technical products
- An Engineering degree
- MBA/ Diploma in Business Management is a plus
