    Branch Supervisor

    Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

    At least 7 - 10 years of experience in the same field; with 4 years as a manager in a related field.

    Contribute to the preparation of the Operations budget through monitoring the financial performance of branch activities versus the set budget to ensure alignment with set budget guidelines

    Policies & Procedures:
    Implement the relevant policies, processes and procedures of the Operations department to ensure adherence and fulfilment of all relevant requirements.

    Branch Management:
    Manage the efficient operations of the branch, identifying areas of improvement and proposing modifications, in order to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all branch activities and compliance with the local rules and legislations.

    Manage the effective planning/scheduling of the movement of vehicles while ensuring accurate record keeping of related matters (such as way bills, incidents, etc.) in order to meet operations requirements and business objectives.

    Ensure that the trucks have all required equipment and meet specifications to deliver shipment in a safe and timely manner.
    Overall to control the drivers movement (leave in/out, transfer, ..; etc).

    Cash Management:
    Assume overall responsibility for cash management of shipments including timely collection, correct documentation, accurate accounting and reporting to achieve the branch targets.

    Tracking Control:

    Oversee the tracking of trucks in order to ensure the proper delivery of shipment in a timely manner and achieve customer satisfaction.

    Ensure that shipment are loaded onto trucks and offloaded from trucks on time, as per specifications and in a safe manner.
    Develop professional relationships with all customer contacts and act as point of contact for clients, informing them of any delays or accidents.
      Dispatcher

      Minimum Qualifications: Technical / College degree in administration or relative field.

      Minimum Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar field.

      Job Description :
      Policies & Procedures: Adhere to policies, processes and procedures related to the branch in order to maintain the correct practices and procedures at all times.
      Day-to-day Operations:

      Prepare the drivers schedule to ensure delivery of shipment as per the consignment plan and report any delays along with the cause of delay to guarantee the optimization of manpower hours and cost efficiency.

      Coordinate with clients dispatchers to communicate delivery times and any specific instructions in relation to offloading.

      Ensure all loading and offloading is performed accurately, in accordance with safety requirements, policies and procedures.

      Inspect all trucks for damage and make sure that all trucks have the required equipment in good condition, and attend any calls related to breakdowns, arranging the necessary repairs and informing all relevant parties to ensure the reliability and safety of equipment.

      Work Planning:

      Guarantee the effective planning/scheduling of the movement of vehicles through driver scheduling and routing while ensuring accurate record keeping of related matters (such as way bills, incidents, etc.) in order to meet operations requirements and business objectives.
      Maintenance Manager

      Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent.
      Minimum Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in the automotive industry or any related field; with 4 years in a managerial position in a similar field.

      Job Description :
      Strategic Planning and Performance Management:

      Contribute to the development of the automotive strategy by developing the annual maintenance plans to ensure that the activities performed are aligned to the overall automotive strategy.

      Monitor the performance of the maintenance department and prepare periodic reports on its overall performance to ensure performance deviations are identified and reported in a timely manner and that actions are adjusted to achieve the set annual plans. 

      Budget Preparation:

      Contribute to the preparation of the maintenance budget, and monitor the financial performance of the maintenance activities versus set budget to ensure alignment with set budget guidelines.

      Day-to-day Operations:

      Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department providing guidance in the related area, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and ensure that employees activities are performed in a timely, efficient and effective manner.
